MAIN SITE VS EXPRESS SITE:
We have introduced an Express site showcasing “express products” available for immediate delivery. Payment is processed on order online. Should you be on our main site and wish to order both express and non-express products, you can choose to proceed with an immediate order for express products, where you will be re-directed to our express site or stay on the main site and add both express and non-express products to your cart and request a quote/availability on complete cart.
Delivery on express products will be 3-5 working days. Delivery lead times on non-express products are subject to stock availability. While we do carry stock of a wide range of non-express products as well, quantities vary due to demand and where a product needs to be manufactured lead times can range from 3-5 days to 4-6 weeks depending on the product. Once you have processed your order, you will receive a response from us to confirm stock availability and delivery lead times.
We offer free delivery in hub areas countrywide on bed/mattress orders over the value of R3500.00. Orders under R3500.00 are subject to a R350.00 delivery fee. Delivery costs to outlying areas, countywide, are dependent on access and distance from our supporting depots and will be subject to a quotation. We offer free delivery on beds and mattresses between Plettenberg Bay and Sedgefield on specified days of the week.
Our range of bedroom furniture is manufactured and shipped from the Garden Route with Timefreight Couriers. All furniture deliveries are subject to a delivery charge of R300 to main hub areas and R500 to outlying areas. We offer free delivery of furniture between Plettenberg Bay and Sedgefield on specified days of the week.
We offer free delivery on linen and homeware orders over the value of R1200.00. Orders below R1200.00 are subject to a R120.00 shipping fee.
While every effort will be made to ensure estimated delivery dates are met; we are dependent on our manufacturers as well as third party transporters and circumstances beyond the control of The Bedroom Shop Online may cause delays or necessitate dates to be changed.
Again, while we will do our utmost to assist with timeous deliveries we cannot commit to exact time frames as transporters can be delayed as a result of traffic, roadworks, accidents etc.
As we use third party transporters for delivery of goods outside of the Garden Route where our showroom is, please note that delivery does not include unwrapping and installation. All flat packed goods such as bedsteads, bunk beds and daybeds are delivered with assembly instructions and hardware for self-installation.
Goods must be unwrapped and inspected on delivery and The Bedroom Shop Online notified immediately of any damage or imperfections. In these cases please retain all wrapping and packaging so that we can arrange delivery of replacements and the safe return of the damaged goods to our warehouse. We do require that the goods be re-wrapped to the best of your ability.
