Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
The Bedroom Shop takes great care in assisting customers with selecting the most suitable bed, mattress or mattress-and-base set. Due to the personal-use nature of these products and for hygiene and health reasons, all online bed purchases are subject to the following conditions:
No Returns for Change of Mind
Beds, mattresses and mattress-and-base sets purchased through The Bedroom Shop website may not be returned, exchanged or refunded if:
- The customer changes their mind after placing an order.
- The selected comfort level, firmness or feel does not meet personal preference.
- The customer has ordered an incorrect size, model or specification.
- The product is no longer required.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product information and specifications before completing their purchase.
Hygiene Policy
Once a mattress or bed has been delivered, unwrapped, assembled, used, or slept on, it cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and health reasons. As with other personal-use products, mattresses cannot be resold once they have been used.
Exceptions
Returns, exchanges or refunds will only be considered where:
- A manufacturing defect exists and is covered under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
- The incorrect product was supplied by The Bedroom Shop.
- The product was damaged prior to delivery and such damage is noted and reported immediately upon receipt.
Any approved claim will be assessed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may result in repair, replacement or other remedy as determined by the manufacturer.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for a bed, mattress or mattress-and-base set on The Bedroom Shop website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and acknowledge that change-of-mind returns, exchanges and refunds will not be permitted.
